Assist with a variety of pavement maintenance and marking operations, including crack sealing, raised pavement marker (RPM) installation and removal, pavement preparation, material handling, equipment setup, and jobsite cleanup. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, willing to learn, and interested in gaining experience in the pavement marking industry.

Experience: Construction or pavement maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Operate a Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicle to support safe work operations on roadways and highways. Responsibilities include positioning and operating the TMA according to project requirements, maintaining awareness of traffic and work-zone conditions, and supporting the crew while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Experience: Previous TMA, traffic control, or roadway construction experience is preferred. Valid driver's license required.

Perform parking lot striping and pavement marking work for commercial properties. Responsibilities may include layout and measuring, surface preparation, parking space striping, fire lanes, ADA markings, directional arrows, and other pavement markings.

Experience: Previous parking lot striping, pavement marking, layout, or construction experience is preferred.

Help maintain a safe work zone by directing and controlling traffic around pavement marking, RPM, crack sealing, and other roadway operations. Flaggers work closely with the crew to establish safe traffic patterns, communicate with drivers and other workers, and maintain awareness of changing roadway conditions.

Experience: Previous flagging or traffic control experience is preferred. Relevant certifications are highly encouraged but not required.
